President’s Message
Happy Holidays!
Winter is here and I hope everyone was able to get all their outside chores wrapped
up before the snow. Not that you cant hang antennas in the snow, it’s just far easier when it’s warm. To be fair, there always seems to be more list of to-do’s than time but prepping for winter radio makes the long winter nights far more fun.
Speaking of preparing for the future, we will be holding our Board of Directors election at the upcoming December club meeting which will not be held on the normal date. As you hopefully know, the first Tuesday of the month is the Board meeting, and the second Tuesday is Club meeting. But, for December we will be holding our meeting on Friday December 5th at Kelleher’s Irish Pub & Eatery, 619 SW Water Street in downtown Peoria. We will have a very quick meeting and elect your incoming Board members and then enjoy some good food and drinks. Hope to see you all there! and bring your family and friends. As much as I’d like to provide dinner for all, it will be separate checks.
